We discuss the technology she has worked to develop called “heart rate variability” which is a measurement everyone should know and understand, just as they do their weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol. We also discuss the simple method of quantifying your HRV, and more importantly, how to apply it to your daily life to help manage and reduce stress levels.
